What Our Customers Say
Balkern Gardens
EA Mobility have just refurbished the four bathrooms in the Care Home I manage. Working in this environment can be fraught with difficulties but this was the opposite – everything, from beginning to end, went smoothly. All the individuals associated with the work – from the senior members of staff who agreed the work to Richard, the fitter who delivered the finished article. Richard was the ideal person to have in the Home, he was unfailingly professional, polite and cheerful, kind and easy to approach (including by the residents who wanted (and had) influence on the design and who were keen to get feedback on progress); he seemed to have a natural empathy for the lives of the people who live here.
It is always a concern and a source of some anxiety to have work done in this busy environment but we honestly got so used to Richard coming in and out that it was never a problem and my anxiety about having the work done reduced very quickly. A huge thank you to everyone at AE Mobility!

The process from start to finish was very easy with plenty of information and choices to hand. The initial consultation and estimate was detailed and completed timely and the initial site visit was in depth and with a CAD image to get a brief view of the layout and use of space. Samples were provided on site to give an insight into colours and features available.
During the removal of our old bathroom and the install of the new bathroom, all trades were clearly competent as well as polite and courteous towards residents and staff in the home. We were kept updated throughout the process, and management were informed of any changes/adaptations that were needed. On installation of the bath, the engineer took time to train our staff.
Our residents have really enjoyed the new bath in our home and feel pampered and relaxed. It has supported the sensory needs of our residents and is a practical and aesthetic feature for the home. I would definitely recommend EA Mobility.

Making changes to our residents’ rooms is a huge upheaval. We chose EA Mobility as we required a specialist company to complete the adaptation project. The rooms were not user friendly for our residents or carers, and we liked the idea of having a company manage the whole process from design to implementation in a challenging home.
EA Mobility recently completed two wet room adaptations for us ensuring that we could get life back to normal for our residents in a very short space of time and on target.
The adaptation work has been completed to a high standard and we are very pleased with the outcome. We would be happy to recommend EA Mobility to any Care Homes that require bathroom adaptations. We look forward to working together with EA Mobility for any future adaptation projects here at Acorn Village.
