Visited by Kevin, the founder, who was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs for a partial revamp of our bathroom. (This being a new build we only wanted the bath changed to a wetroom shower, the toilet & vanity basin are fine. Other companies weren't interested in doing a partial refit.) The visit from John the surveyor was also very helpful. The work started a few days earlier than originally stated, & finished exactly on time. Damien, the fitter, was hard working, tidied up at the end of each day & communicated well with any questions he had. We are delighted with the result.

We were extremely satisfied with the quality of service provided by EA Mobility from start to finish of the project, including the installation of the walk in shower, additional bathroom furniture and accessories, wall coverings and anti-slip flooring. We had an initial site visit from Connor, Specialist Assessor to talk through our proposed requirements. We were provided with an initial quotation along with a 3D image of our requirements; and after further discussions we decided to go ahead with the project. Sean, Installation Manager visited us to survey and finalise the project , and we were given a project timeslot and proposed start and end date. All within 3 weeks of our initial enquiry. Adam, arrived on site on Monday 15th June and completed the installation on Thursday 18th June (all within the agreed timescales). Adam's workmanship was outstanding throughout the installation. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful, supportive, polite and very efficient. Full credit to everyone within the EA Mobility Team from a very happy and satisfied customer.

I live out in the sticks and EA Mobility reacted to my query promptly. I needed to replace a rather deep bath witth a walk-in shower room. The representative turned up on my door step on time and expertly took me through the whole process. We agreed on cost and the work started earlier than anticipated. Tony the installer was friendly, neat and helpful and consulted me about details as he went along. He was conscientious and able and completed the work on schedule. The rubbish, old bath and all materials were cleared promptly. EA mobility was in contact with me throughout the installation and WOW, what a transformation! The walk-in shower was exactly what I was promised and is a pleasure to use. I should have undertaken the work sooner.

My mum recently had a wet room installed in her bungalow. Gary the fitter was absolutely brilliant. Not only was his workmanship fantastic but he was extremely polite, tidy and professional. He discussed any problems he encountered and managed to solve them in a short space of time. The work was completed to a high standard by a considerate workman with the minimum of dust and inconvenience. He also carried out some minor additional tasks - unblocking a sink and replacing washers on the central heating pump without additional charge. He consulted me at several stages in the installation, for example about the placing of security handles. The work was completed to the agreed budget but I would have liked more detail about material costs. For example I requested coloured rather than pure white screens and was told it would be more expensive and a sum was added to the cost but I had no comparative figures.

E A mobility were excellent. They created a wet room at one end of a downstairs room. They took out patio doors and built a wall and built a partition wall. The work was completed in 3 weeks, as promised, with minimal disruption and mess. Everything was left tidy afterwards. All the people involved were excellent, especially Darren who did most of the work. Everyone was friendly and communication was good. The wet room looks good and works well. We appreciated the advice given initially on design and materials.
