Administrative Assistant based in Coventry office

Job Description:

As an administrative assistant with EA Mobility beginning in January 2024, your role will involve telephone communication with our customers to check on installation progress, deliver update messages and deal with customers that require a solution to a problem. You will be responsible for ensuring all calls are answered, logged on our CRM and actioned, including any follow up actions or calls required. Furthermore, you will also complete Customer Satisfaction calls to each of our customers as their project is completed to gain feedback on their journey. Clear performance KPI’s will be set out for you to manage your success. A high capacity to manage multiple tasks will be crucial for this role.

What we are looking for

· Previous experience within a telephony role dealing directly with customers
· Complaints handling experience
· Excellent customer-centric outlook

Must have skills

· Previous experience of using Microsoft programmes such as Excel and Outlook
· Experience of CRM use
· The ability to multi-task
· High level communication skills both written and verbal

Key attributes

· Good problem solving abilities and being able to think outside the box when required to resolve a situation.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Independent working skills
· Empathetic outlook when dealing with sensitive customer issues
