We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Surveyor / Installations Manager

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £45k Per annum

Location: Manchester

 

Job description

As an Installations Manager with EA Mobility, your role will involve the management of bathroom adaptations to clients who are less abled or disabled. You will be responsible for the management of up to 6 teams of installers working on different projects in various locations. You will be the point of contact for the client and the installer, this will entail quality and compliance management along with the various project needs along the way to ensure quality and service is upheld on all sites. Clear performance KPIs will be set out for you to manage and monitor. A great understanding of diary planning and time management to ensure customer needs and deadlines are adhered to will be crucial for the role. You will also be responsible for the final completion sign off on the project.

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience of working within the bathroom or kitchen industry or similar environment,
  • Proven experience in managing installation standards with monitoring and applying risk management strategies,
  • Good understanding of onsite compliance from risk assessments to trade regulations,
  • Excellent customer-centric outlook.
  • Full UK driving licence – As we operate nationally you will need to have a full UK driving licence as there will be a need to travel to customers and installers on sites.

The job role will involve the following tasks:

  • Carrying out detailed technical surveys and reporting of design and compliance issues.
  • Managing installation quality standards via monitoring and the application of risk management methodology.
  • Ensuring installations are completed right first time.
  • Ensuring installation sites are compliant with all appropriate Health and Safety, legislative and business requirements at all times.
  • Providing support and be able to identify issues of a technical / legislative nature.

Bathroom Installer

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Upto £45k Per annum based on experience + Vehicle & Fuel card + Performance related bonus scheme

Location: Guildford and surrounding area

As you will be the onsite point of contact for the customer the successful candidate must possess a great customer service ethic. Telesales Representative

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year

Location: Kings Lynn

Job description

As a telesales representative at EA Mobility, your role will involve taking inbound calls from our prospective customers and gaining an understanding of their needs and requirements. The successful candidate will be measured upon the amount of time they are speaking with our customers on each call to ensure that the call is a high quality experience for our customers. Call content will be monitored for consistency with regular feedback given to aid continuous learning and improvement for our customers experience. The conversion rate of customer calls being booked as Home Assessments will be measured to manage success levels.

What we are looking for

  • Sales focussed individual with a previous experience of meeting conversion rates relating to customer inbound calls
  • A drive and passion to succeed and deliver the best outcome for customers
  • Strong communicator via several methods (Telephone, Messaging, Email)

Content Manager

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year

Job description

What we are looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Solid understanding of content SEO (on-page and off-page)
  • Good knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO tools for research and analysis
  • Previous experience in web management using CMS
