As National Healthcare Manager at EA Mobility, Rod plays a key role in driving the company’s mission to enhance independence and dignity through high-quality bathroom, kitchen, and property adaptation solutions tailored for individuals with mobility needs across the UK.

Rod works closely with occupational therapists, case managers, solicitors, and care providers to ensure every adaptation meets the unique needs of each client. His collaborative approach focuses on achieving the best possible outcomes, combining empathy, practical insight, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those with mobility difficulties.

With a background in construction, global business development and commercial management, Rod brings strategic perspective and creativity to his work. As a dyslexic thinker, he approaches problem-solving from a fresh angle, communicating clearly and finding innovative solutions that make a genuine difference in people’s lives.

Rod’s passion lies in making a positive impact through compassion, quality, and excellence. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, cooking, and tending to the family’s sheep farm with his two sons and daughter. Time spent with his wife and three children reinforces his belief in the importance of family, connection, and creating supportive environments where people can thrive.
