A Message From Our Founder
Why We've Refreshed Our Brand
Protect the everyday · Feels like HomeWhen I started EA Mobility, it was never really about bathrooms or adaptations in general. It was about the moment someone can step into their own home again — without fear of falling, without unnecessary help for something they used to do alone, without feeling like a stranger in their own space.
That's the part of our work that's never changed. But over the past year, we've taken the time to properly listen — to the people we adapt homes for, to the families and carers who support them, and to the occupational therapists, case managers, and mobility shop partners we work alongside every day. What we heard shaped a new way of expressing who we are.
What we heard
We spoke to end users about what actually matters to them beyond safety — things like whether a new wet room still feels like their bathroom, not a clinical add-on. We spoke to family carers about the peace of mind that comes from knowing a parent or partner is safe at home. We spoke to occupational therapists and case managers about what they need from a partner they can trust to get it right, first time, for the people in their care.
Across all of those conversations, a few things kept coming up: dignity, trust, and design that respects the person living with it. Not one of those is new to us — but we realised our brand wasn't doing a good enough job of showing it.
Introducing "Protect the everyday"
Our new brand is built around a simple idea: Protect the everyday.
It's about the small, ordinary moments that matter most — making a cup of tea, having a shower without assistance, getting up in the night safely. Our job is to protect those moments, not just install equipment.
Alongside it sits a tagline that sums up what we want every adaptation to achieve: Feels like Home. Because a home that's been adapted for accessibility should still feel exactly like what it is — home.
What's actually changing
You'll start noticing a new logo, colour palette, and visual identity across our website and communications this week.
What hasn't changed is everything that sits behind it: the same team, the same installation standards, and the same commitment to getting every project right for the people relying on it — whether you're a customer, a family member, a carer, or a professional referring a client into our care.
Why it matters to you
Whoever you are reading this — a customer considering an adaptation, a family member supporting a loved one, a carer, an occupational therapist, a case manager, or a mobility shop partner — this refresh is really for you. It's an attempt to better reflect the standard we hold ourselves to, and the trust you place in us, every single day.
Thank you for being part of that. Here's to protecting many more everyday moments together.
