Auris our fitter was extremely hard working, talented and a pleasure to have in our house. The work was completed in 3 weeks, as promised,  with minimal disruption and mess. Everything was left tidy afterwards. All the people involved were excellent, especially Darren who did most of the work. We had an outside wall built and a partition wall to create the wet room. Nothing was too much trouble. The installer arrived on time every day, left things clean and tidy after each days work, covered carpets and flooring etc while he worked and explained things as the installation progressed. He made recommendations as to the positioning of rails etc and drank lots of coffee. We had a small issue after the installer had finished but he returned immediately to rectify the problem.
